I finally feel like I know how to write again...the question is, do I post it on DA or keep it to myself?

I like my quote from forever ago.  "The problem with society today is we never give ourselves a chance to breathe, let alone dream. When January comes, I'll take a deep breath and sleep. In the morning everything will be just right." But is it true? I figured out where my inspiration went...it only took roughly four years.  Apparently inspiration (for me) stems from copious amounts of nicotine, caffeine, junk food, and hours of wakefulness.  Insomnia (or a desire to attain that condition) is essential to my writing process.  That and time.  I don't have any time anymore.  I'm out of time...and I'm not getting it back any time soon. 2:00 AM

I have been here lately.  I have been checking up on everyone's work.  Those of you who still submit and actually do have me on their watch.  I just haven't been writing.  I'm here tonight because I forgot I had a journal here.  I forgot I'd updated it a lot.  I'd forgotten there were memories there.  And I'd forgotten that memories carry more weight in failure than in success. I never wrote that poetry series I'd mentioned so many entries back.  I never got around to it.  I didn't try hard enough.  I didn't have the inspiration.  I didn't have the creative tools to work with.
